Sareltech again spotted the opportunity to install BST.

Whilst our senior technician Benni was as
sisting Nampak Flexible with an electrical problem on their Flexo Technica machine, he found that the machine also had a faulty Fife web guide system. In fact the system had not been working for some time.

After some negotiations with the Production Managers of Nampak Flexible we were given the go ahead to do what we do best.

Sareltech took this opportunity to rip out the Dead Fife system and replace it with the very user friendly BST EKR500 Plus Controller, Electric Motor Powered Actuator and Ultrasonic Sensor.

The phenomenal Ultrasonic Sensor operates with any material types, including the finest micron Clear material.

The machine operators have been trained to use the BST system and are producing outstanding end results like never before.

BST has again impressed our customer enough to open another door for a Future BST Project for their Keifel Extruder.
