PLASTICWRAP DEFECT DETECTION SOFTWARE

Sareltech was recently contacted by the Project Manager of Plasticwrap Patricia Carstens to enquire about the available programs for the BST Premius camera system for their Brand New Fischer & Kreke which was successfully installed by Beswick Machinery.

We soon decided that the Defect Detection Software was required for their production process.

Sareltech worked closely with BST to offer Plastic wrap a 3 months trial version for them to operate the system and to optimize it to the fullest before paying a cent.

A couple of weeks after the Trial Version of Defect Detection and Colour Monitoring was installed and the required training was given to the machine operators by Sareltech, Plasticwarp sent though their order confirmation for the full version of Defect Detection.

It was clear that the BST Premius Digital Camera system with the Defect Detection Software will pay for itself over and over again, saving the customer on waste, less down time and allowing for faster machine speeds.

The Premius Digital offers Colour Monitoring, Defect Detection, Barcode Check, Job Report, Ink Deck Presetting and the option of a Back Strobe to check front to back register accuracy as well as UV, Coatings or Lacquers.
